• Support conversations — WhatsApp / email messages you send us.
• Server-side logs — IP address, user-agent, timestamps (kept 30 days for abuse prevention).
• Cookies — strictly necessary only. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

3. What we do NOT collect

• We do not log what you watch.
• We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.
• We do not embed Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, or similar trackers.

4. Legal bases (GDPR Art. 6)

• Contract — to deliver and support your subscription.
• Legitimate interest — fraud prevention, server security.
• Legal obligation — accounting (invoices kept 10 years per Swiss CO Art. 958f).

5. Your rights

Under Swiss FADP and EU GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection. Email support@iptvsuisse24.com — we reply within 30 days.

6. International transfers

Servers are located in Switzerland, the Netherlands, and Germany. No data leaves the EU/EEA + Switzerland zone except encrypted backups.

7. Retention

Order data: 10 years (legal). Support messages: 24 months. Server logs: 30 days. You can request earlier deletion of support messages at any time.

8. Cookies

We set a single first-party cookie to remember your language preference. No analytics, no advertising cookies.

9. Children

Our service is not directed at children under 18. Adult content is gated behind explicit opt-in.

10. Changes

We update this policy when our practices change. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.

You may complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or your national EU supervisory authority.
