Test before you buy

We offer a 4-hour free trial precisely so you can validate quality, channel availability, and device compatibility before any payment. Most refund situations are avoided by using the trial.

When we issue refunds

• Service was never activated within 24 hours of payment (full refund).
• Service was activated but cannot be made to work on any of your devices despite our support's best effort, within 7 days of activation (full refund).
• Promised channels in your written pre-sale confirmation are unavailable for > 7 consecutive days and no equivalent substitute exists (prorated refund).

When we do not refund

• Change of mind after the trial expired.
• You moved to a region where the service is unavailable.
• Your internet connection is unstable or below recommended bandwidth.
• You shared credentials beyond your purchased device count.

How to request

Email support@iptvsuisse24.com with your order reference and a brief description. We respond within 24 hours and process approved refunds to the original payment method within 5 business days. Crypto payments are refunded in the original asset at the rate of payment.

Lifetime plans

Lifetime plans are eligible for the same activation-failure refund window (7 days). After day 7, lifetime is non-refundable but transferable once to another email at no charge.
